Crows over Websters Lock - Sold

Micky Webster was a well known lock keeper in Carlow town and a real character. He is reported to have saved at least 30 people in his lifetime from drowning in the river. This is the lock he tended now slightly overgrown on one side. The warmth of the reflected red shrub had to be captured on canvas.
